BKN Issues Stock to Do Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves Series

BKN International A.G. has completed development and will soon begin production of the ALI BABA AND THE FORTY THIEVES: THE LOST SCIMITAR OF ARABIA series. BKN is currently in negotiations with a media company in the Middle East to co-produce and distribute this program.

Building on the universal success of the childrens fable Ali Baba, BKN has created an original story and artwork. The initial production schedule of 26 episodes is planned for early fall 2005. Richard Ungar will serve as exec producer. BKNs London office will coordinate and control production process

BKN plans to raise up to 17.01 million net of fees and expenses by the issue of up to 4,502,161 new shares, targeting 5.2 million of the proceeds to be used to fund ALI BABA AND THE FORTY THIEVES: THE LOST SCIMITAR OF ARABIA.

We are extremely excited about our new development, ALI BABA AND THE FORTY THIEVES: THE LOST SCIMITAR OF ARABIA, a prominent addition to our solid and creative portfolio, said Allen Bohbot, chairman/ceo of BKN. We have taken a story, famous for its simplicity and ingenuity, and will develop original high quality animation with global appeal.

Ungar and Sean Derek will create the series with David Freeman guiding the development in the U.K. We are pleased that we are discovering in this country the kind of homegrown talent who can create animated children's shows of a quality more usually associated with the United States, Bohbot commented.
