Bob the Tomato and Larry the Cucumber may be seen in a lot more homes now that Warner Home Video (WHV) and WEA Corporation have entered into a new sales and distribution arrangement with Big Idea Productions, the company best known for the VEGGIETALES video series. WHV will handle sales operations and WEA Corporation will handle distribution for all new and existing Big Idea Productions videos. WHV and WEA will be responsible for general market sales and distribution functions for VEGGIETALES, 3-2-1 PENGUINS! and the new superhero spoof, LARRYBOY - THE CARTOON ADVENTURES. The first titles to be released will be VEGGIETALES: JONAH SING ALONG SONGS & MORE and the second LARRYBOY episode, entitled "Leggo My Ego." Both are slated for release in summer 2002. The 3-2-1- PENGUINS! series will be released beginning in October 2002. Big Idea Productions will continue to handle marketing on behalf of all of their titles. In addition to expanding their home video distribution, Big Idea Productions first feature-length animated film, JONAH -- A VEGGIETALES MOVIE is scheduled to be released in October 2002.
