BicBac Animation Parody Named Finalist for the Creative Media Awards

Centive announced that its viral marketing campaign BicBac (www.centive.com/bicbac) has been named a finalist for the Creative Media Awards presented by MEDIA MAGAZINE.

BicBac, Centive's animation parody, humorously illustrates the often strained relationship between sales and finance over commission earnings and sales performance. The campaign was designed to drive market awareness of Centive's on-demand sales compensation management solution, Compel. Since its launch in early summer 2006, BicBac has had more than 32,000 page views, and was recently featured as one of "the most" innovative marketing campaigns on MSNBC's news program, THE MOST.

Compel credits the campaign for its strong sales over the summer months, helping drive increased traffic and lead flow through Centive's website. Widely recognized as the leading on-demand sales compensation solution, more sales representatives now subscribe to Centive Compel than any other on-demand sales compensation management system.

"We are clearly proud that the BicBac campaign has been named a finalist for the Creative Media award," said Bob Conlin, cmo of Centive. "But results are what really count, so we're most pleased to see strong momentum in Compel sales and strong recognition of our leadership position in the on-demand sales compensation market."

The Creative Media Awards are designed to recognize the process of buying, planning and strategy when it comes to executing a creative campaign. Other finalists in this category include Air Canada and Only Nature Pet stores.

Centive, headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts, is the leader in on-demand sales compensation management. Companies use Centive Compel to accurately calculate commissions and bonuses and gain real-time visibility into sales performance metrics. As an on-demand subscription service, Compel is a cost-effective solution that allows executives to be strategic and sales reps to stay motivated and focused on selling.
