The animated film is set in 19th century Scotland and follows a man who was given a clock as a heart at birth. Besson is producing with his wife Virginie Silla-Besson via his EuropaCorp.
The film will be shown as part of the Work in Progress section along with Folimage's 2D thriller UNE VIE DE CHAT and Patrice Leconte's musical LE MAGASIN DES SUICIDES.
While the full lineup has not been released, some big titles have been revealed. Films include Sylvain Chomet's Jacques Tati homage THE ILLUSIONIST, SHREK FOREVER AFTER, Wes Anderson's FANTASTIC MR. FOX and Gabor Csupo's IMMIGRANTS.
Special retrospectives will center on Argentinean animation, Juan Pablo Zaramella and Oscar Grillo.
