Cartoon Network's indefatigable BEN 10 series continued its inexorable march toward planetary dominion as the most recent BEN 10-themed game, SAVAGE PURSUIT, racked up a record-breaking 4.18 million game plays (based on internal Turner Broadcasting statistics) in its debut week on CartoonNetwork.com.
The record online debut of BEN 10: SAVAGE PURSUIT makes it the number-one casual game launch for CartoonNetwork.com. BEN 10: BLOCKADE BLITZ, which launched August 6, 2007, recorded 3.7 million game plays its debut week and stands as the second-highest game launch, while BEN 10: BATTLE READY from January 2006 saw 3.2 million game plays its first week of launch, placing it at number four for the site.
BEN 10 action will continue unabated throughout the fall with the October 30 arrival of BEN 10: PROTECTOR OF THE UNIVERSE for Wii, Playstation 2, Nintendo DS, and PSP. And, on November 21, the live-action feature BEN 10: RACE AGAINST TIME, directed by Alex Winter (BILL & TED'S EXCELLENT ADVENTURE) and starring Graham Phillips (EVAN ALMIGHTY) and Lee Majors (THE SIX MILLION DOLLAR MAN), will have its premiere.
