Animation World Magazine and AWNtv have compiled their annual list of Web Toons You Need To See. This year's edition collects ten of the best animated shorts to appear on the web in 2008, and the ten highest-rated shorts from 2008 to appear on AWNtv.
In addition to those 20 great shorts, the cool vids of the week are: Ted Wilson's SWEET TOOTH, Dongkun Yoon's DECENCY, and Lindsay Kovnat's ENGLISH BLOOD.
