As Director Of Creative Operations you will lead the company creative department and drive its growth through inspired advances in computer graphics. You will hire and mentor computer graphics artists, animators, writers, and other talent to complement the current creative staff. Your creative contributions will include assessment of potential projects, participation in brainstorming sessions, and expert guidance toward the highest quality production values. Your professional experience as a creative manager and supervisor will guide your strategic art and technology resource allocation. You will use your strong business acumen to develop yearly budgets, manage hardware and software acquisitions, and cultivate relationships with the technology and creative communities. The job requirements/skills are: 5+ years managerial experience in creative environments. Passion for mentoring creative people and acting as an artist advocate to internal management and as a studio representative to the creative community. Stellar communication and people skills. Proven creative achievements as an artist or animator. Technically savvy with digital media, video, interactive and computer graphics formats and techniques.
