Well, its WATCHMEN week at VFXWORLD. We "deconstruct" the making of the Zack Snyder film in two parts: an overview with Production Designer Alex McDowell and Visual Effects Supervisor John DJ DesJardin, and then a more in-depth survey of the contributions by Sony Pictures Imageworks, Intelligent Creatures, CIS Hollywood and Rising Sun Pictures. Then we conclude with Snyder's take as well. And we provide quite an assortment of images and clips, including some marvelous breakdowns.
