VFXWORLD is pleased to offer this week the first public review of Toxik, Autodesk’s collaborative digital compositing suite for feature film production. Sébastien Jacob tests the latest extension, 1.1.5, and offers a sneak peek of Toxik 2007, which Autodesk will unveil at NAB at the end of this month. Meanwhile, Ellen Woolf takes a look at the noteworthy invisible vfx in the romantic comedy, FRIENDS WITH MONEY (opening Friday), featuring the fine work of artists Deak Ferrand of Hatch and Robin Tremblay of Buzz Image.
