AWN Discussion Forums - What's New? for Sept. 29, 2008

Posted In | News Categories: AWN Site News | Geographic Region: All
This week in AWN's Forums, a member wonders if you're ever too old to watch animation. The dispute over credit for THE TALE OF DESPEREAUX is under discussion. Ever wonder what would happen if the dinosaurs of JURASSIC PARK invaded THE OFFICE? A member has some animation posted that answers that question. Members are discussing the best way to animate movements, from videos on the Internet to study guides to acting the movement out yourself. The death of animation producer Richard Pimm has drawn members into discussing his work and mourning his passing. A member is looking for some answers on an animated short about a rocket stranded in a swamp. Got the name or any ideas?

As well as, tools for teaching animation, the business of animation and, as always, brand-new stuff to check out in show and tell!
