industry experts will discuss current opportunities and future

possibilities for the creation and distribution of animation on the

Internet. Session 1 will focus on THE TOOLS, TECHNIQUES AND TECHNOLOGIES

being used to create web-based animated content. With so much focus on

Flash, are there other platforms that should be considered? What's being

done with 3D? How do broadband and streaming media impact content

development? Session 2 will focus on the current and future MARKETPLACE FOR

WEB-BASED ANIMATION, from independent animated films to serialized and

episodic webtoons. Who is buying web-based animation right now? What are

they buying? What are the business models for content licensing?
