AWN Participates In The SIGGRAPH '99 Electronic Schoolhouse

The Electronic Schoolhouse is a new program at SIGGRAPH providing educators and students with an environment in which they can explore and learn the many ways in which computer graphics are taught and used in the classroom. This program will launch at the 26th International Conference on Computer Graphics and Interactive Techniques, scheduled to take place in Los Angeles, August 8-13, 1999. The Classroom area will offer traditional papers and panels; the Playground will feature stand-alone interactive exhibits; the Library, as both a meeting place and a resource space, will offer attendees reference material and resources other educators and student find invaluable in their studies. As a leading publication in the animation field, Animation World Magazine will be offered in the Electronic Schoolhouse Library for on-line reference. Printouts of individual articles may be made available to students by request. For more information about the SIGGRAPH '99 Electronic Schoolhouse, visit:
