Animation World Network announced two new enhancements to its Website yesterday at the Ottawa International Animation Festival: the Web Animation Guide featuring weekly news and reviews on the exploding Web animation industry, and the Animation Showcase, a new online gallery featuring work from some of the world's leading animators as well as emerging talent. The new resources are intended to strengthen AWN's role as the leading information resource for animation professionals. "AWN is focused on providing the most comprehensive trade news, editorial and information resources for the animation industry," said Dan Sarto, publisher. "These new features reflect our unique ability to dynamically serve the animation industry via the Internet.
