The Visual Effects Society (VES) today announced the nominees for its 10th Annual VES Awards; Tintin leads with most feature nominations; Boardwalk Empire for broadcast.

The Writers Guild of America, West (WGAW) and the Writers Guild of America, East (WGAE) have announced nominations for outstanding achievement in writing for the screen during 2011.

Beverly Hills, CA – The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced that 10 films remain in the running in the Visual Effects category for the 84th Academy Awards.
