ITS announces Monitor Awards

ITS, a Vienna, Virginia-based trade association of the post-production
industry, has announced the winners of the 1999 International Monitor
Awards. "The Awards recognize artists who have successfully mastered the
synthesis of creativity and technology. It is the highest recognition for
outstanding production and post-production," says Ruth Roland, Chairman of
the 20th Annual International Awards. This year's animation related winners
