Disney Animation Wins Emmy

The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences handed out the 62nd Primetime Emmy Awards on Sunday, Aug. 29, 2010. In the category of Outstanding Animated Program, Disney's holiday special PREP & LANDING took home the prize. The holiday special beat out ALIEN EARTHS, THE RICKY GERVAIS SHOW, THE SIMPSONS and SOUTH PARK.

The awards ceremony take place at L.A.'s Nokia Theater and was televised on NBC. Jimmy Fallon hosted.
