Atomic Cartoons' Pirate Express Sets Sail for MIPCOM

VANCOUVER, BC, Sept 29, 2011 – Atomic Cartoons is pleased to announce that they will be debuting Pirate Express, currently at the development stage with Teletoon Canada, at Mipcom in Cannes, France, on October 3rd.

Pirate Express, for kids 7 – 11, is a creation of Paris-based Ellipseanime who approached Atomic Cartoons with the big-picture plan of structuring it as a France-Canada co-production.

“Since entering into commissioned development, we’ve prepared fresh new content, including main title animation, for Mipcom with the vision of securing pre-sales to support Teletoon’s commitment to this quirky and colorful property.” Says Rob Davies, VP of Development at Atomic Cartoons.

Also on the Atomic Cartoons slate for Mipcom are the animated properties Lionheart, for kids 6 – 10, and the loveable pre-school series, Good Job Lucky.
