- In THE ANIMATOR'S DESKTOP, hosted by expert Tony White: "The Lion's Share...Disney, et al:" A new posting (in response to the suggestion that the current boom in animated movies began with the success of Disney's "The Lion King") has allowed me to express my long held opinion that nothing whatsoever has moved forward in the production of feature film animation, because of the industry's obsession with the "Disney formula" in making movies. - In THE ANIMATION CAFÉ, hosted by expert Chris Robinson: this week's hot topic is Internet animation. What's wrong with it and when will it get better?
