In July, Animation World Magazine will be running its annual Hot Spots Showcase, a collection of the best of animated and visual effects commercials, IDs and music videos. If you work in commercials, this is a great opportunity to get your work featured next to the best from around the globe.
What we request from you is a copy of one of your best animated or visual effects commercials. You can send us a Quicktime 468x351 (4.5 or less MB) or a DVD/video copy of the spot for us to create a Quicktime from. Also include a 5x5 inch 300dpi still photo to use for our Acrobat version. In addition, we would like to include the stats (director, producer, client, techniques, software used, etc.) and short paragraph from someone at the company about why your company feels this spot represents the best of your work.
