Pacificor said it did not license the property to either Hannover or its partner Red Bear Entertainment for the production of TERMINATOR 3000.
Hannover House CEO Eric Parkinson claims that he holds the animation rights. He says he received those rights via his compensation package after leaving his CEO post at Hemdale Home Video and Hemdale Communications, the company that produced the original TERMINATOR film.
