Andrea Marozas New Warner Bros. Ent. Theatrical Corp. Com. SVP

Andrea Marozas has been named svp, corporate communications, theatrical, Warner Bros. Ent. responsible for providing communications support on a worldwide basis to the companys global theatrical operations (production, distribution, marketing and executive), including overseeing trade, consumer and business press as they pertain to filmmakers, production deals, industry issues and trend stories.

Marozas will report to evp, corporate communications, Warner Bros. Ent., but will work closely on a day-to-day basis with the presidents of Warner Bros. Pictures and their teams.

"With a breadth of experience that spans the theatrical and corporate arenas, Andrea is not only a respected communications professional in the business and entertainment communities, but she has also fostered relationships with agents, managers and talent that will be invaluable as she oversees the corporate communication efforts of the company's theatrical businesses," said Fleishman. "She is the perfect complement to the executives who handle the Studio's consumer film publicity."

Marozas has been a communications and marketing consultant for the past three years through her own Publicity Resources/PR, with clients ranging from Hollywood studios and production companies to arts organizations. Prior to that, she served as svp, communications at Walt Disney Studios, where she was the primary corporate communications exec for the company and a chief media contact for the studio's motion picture labels including Touchstone Pictures, Hollywood Pictures and Walt Disney Pictures as well as for other divisions, including Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Walt Disney Television Animation and Buena Vista Music Group.

Before Walt Disney Studios, she joined International Creative Management, where she was vp, worldwide communications, managing publicity, advertising programs and client crisis communications for the talent and literary agency. Prior to ICM, Marozas served as vp/communications director at Creative Artists Agency, overseeing all internal and external communications for the talent agency.

Marozas joined CAA from Philips Media, where she handled corporate communications and was the corporate spokesperson for PolyGram's New Media startup, a division of Philips Electronics NV. Prior to this, she held positions at various public relations agencies, including Bender, Goldman & Helper Public Relations and Ruder Finn Public Relations. She started her career at Burson-Marsteller Public Relations as an account representative.
