Amy is a dedicated professional, fierce competitor and a respected innovative thinker, said MGM president of marketing Perry Stahman. She brings an all-encompassing approach to marketing. She doesnt evaluate media opportunities in a vacuum, but rather incorporates a deep understanding of creative, research, publicity and promotions in devising strategies. We are thrilled to have someone with her proven track record who is also able to adapt to the changing landscape of media we find ourselves facing.

Gruberg spent a 10-year stint at DreamWorks where she guided the development of its media operations where she formed deep relationships with the advertising sales industry, placing an emphasis on creating media plans built as much on added-value marketing programs as they were on media schedules. Gruberg devised the media plans for films, including SHREK, GLADIATOR, AMERICAN BEAUTY, COLLATERAL and OLD SCHOOL.

Before DreamWorks, Gruberg held senior media positions at the Walt Disney Co. and 20th Century Fox.
