Alphanim Signs Raft of Television Deals

Alphanim recently sold numerous series to top broadcasters across Europe, Scandinavia, Asia and Brazil.

Vincennes, France -- Alphanim recently sold numerous series to top broadcasters across Europe, Scandinavia, Asia and Brazil.

France TV and Canal+ co-pro POK & MOK (78x7’) was acquired by Discovery Kids for its Asian feeds, by EBS in South Korea as well as YLE in Finland and Canal+ in Poland. The latter also acquired Alphanim classics POTATOES AND DRAGONS (78x8’), RALF THE RECORD RAT (104X1’) and X-DUCKX (78x8’). Discovery Kids Asia bought THE MYSTERIES OF ALFRED HEDGEHOG (52x13’) while Eastern TV acquired COOKING? CHILD’S PLAY (39x8’) for Taïwan.

In Scandinavia, SANTAPPRENTICE (52x13’) was acquired by Nickelodeon for all territories, as well as DR TV for Denmark. Nick also acquired Benelux rights to this Alphanim Christmas series. In Brazil, GLOBOSAT acquired the second series of adventure-comedy GAWAYN (52x13’). ETB in Spain acquired all three seasons of GALACTIK FOOTBALL (78x26’). Finally, in CEE and Turkey, RTV Slovenia acquired COOKING? CHILD’S PLAY (39x8’) whilst ATV acquired Turkish rights to THE SMALL GIANT (52x13’), TOTO TROUBLE (52x13’), THE GREEN SQUAD (52x13’), WOOFY (65x5’) and MOUSS & BOUBIDI (52x1’).
