Doug Liman is in talks to helm Warner Bros.' adaptation of Hiroshi Sakurazaka’s graphic novel, ALL YOU NEED IS KILL, reports HEAT VISION. The story follows a soldier who dies on the battlefield during a war with aliens only to be brought back in time to do it all over again and learn from his mistakes. 3 Arts Ent. is producing the film based on a spec adaptation from Dante Harper.
With Liman circling this project, it puts in question Liman's commitment to Warner's THE THREE MUSKETEERS. The studio is eager to get that film into production in a race with Paul W.S. Anderson's version of MUSKETEERS, which is already filming and set to hit theaters on April 15, 2011.
