- New images and information have been posted for "(it was...)Nothing At All", Buzzco's latest short. The film has just won 1stprize from the Big Muddy Film Festival in Carbondale, Illinois. Ithas also shown at the London Film Festival, Tricky Women FilmFestival and others. Based on an original song written by Candy Kugeland Lanny Meyers, the film asks why is it easier to mourn the loss ofan object than the loss of a loved one. The film is traditionallyanimated, using AfterEffects' layering capabilities to create arichly textured touching, and evocative film. "(it was...) Nothing AtAll" premiered internationally at Annecy 2000 thanks to a finishinggrant provided by Women in Film Foundation/Dockers Khakis for WomenIndependent Vision Grant. Buzzzco has also recently finished work ona commercial for Pinnacle Horny Goat Weed, a natural aphrodisiacmanufactured by Bodyonics.

- The Quickdraw Animation Society Website has been updated with abrand new design, updating the look and information. Any members whohave been and/or would like to be featured on the site (profiles,works in progress, completed works, etc.) need to send in theirrelevant information. QAS will accept Word documents, HTML and plaintext formats for text and GIF, JPEG and QuickTime formats for imagesand videos. They will even take old fashioned hardcopy, photographsand copies of artwork.
