Foresight Unlimited is moving ahead with the production of thrillers UNIVERSAL SOLDIER IV and RECOIL, according to THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER.

Dolph Lundgren has signed on for US4 with Jean-Claude Van Damme in talks to return as well. This edition will be in 3-D. John Hyams is the director. Production will start in October.

Mark Steven Johnson (GHOST RIDER) is set to helm RECOIL, which follows a former FBI sniper who must stop a mad sniper who is targeting his ex-wife. The $35 million feature will start in November.

Foresight Unlimited is shopping the two films at Cannes.
