Two More Venture to Snow White and the Huntsman
Lily Cole (THE IMAGINARIUM OF DOCTOR PARNASSUS) and Sam Spruell (THE HURT LOCKER) have joined the cast of Universal's SNOW WHITE AND THE HUNTSMAN, reports Heat Vision. The cast includes Kristen Stewart, Charlize Theron and Chris Hemsworth, Ray Winstone, Ian McShane, Eddie Izzard, Bob Hoskins, Toby Jones, Eddie Marsan and Stephen Graham.
In the new version of the fairy tale, the huntsman (Hemsworth) leads the princess Snow White (Stewart) into the forest where he trains her to fight against her wicked stepmother (Theron).
Rupert Sanders is directing from a script by Evan Daugherty and Evan Spiliotopoulos.
Filming will begin in August with the release date set for June 1, 2012.
