Will Smith is set to headline and produce THE LEGEND OF CAIN, reports Deadline.com. The story combines vampires with the Biblical tale of Cain and Abel.

Overbrook Entertainment partners Jada Pinkett Smith, James Lassiter and Ken Stovitz are also producing. Caleeb Pinkett and Dan Knauf wrote the original script. Andrea Berloff did a rewrite.
