Paramount has hired Oren Uziel (MORTAL KOMBAT) to adapt Cat Patrick's sci-fi novel FORGOTTEN, writes The Hollywood Reporter. TRUE GRIT Oscar-nominee Hailee Steinfeld is set to star. The story follows a 16-year-old whose memories are eased at 4:33 am each day, leaving her with only memories of things yet to come. Fake Empire's Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage are the producers.
