Harry Lennix, who played Commander Lock in the MATRIX sequels, has joined the cast of MAN OF STEEL, reports Show Blitz. He will play General Swanwick. The cast also includes Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Russell Crowe, Julia Ormond, Kevin Costner, Diane Lane, Christopher Meloni and Michael Shannon.

Zack Snyder is directing. Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures are the studios. David Goyer wrote the screenplay, which was developed by him and producer Christopher Nolan. The producers also include Charles Roven, Emma Thomas, and Deborah Snyder. Thomas Tull and Lloyd Phillips are the exec producers.
