Mad Men Beauty Goes For a Drive
MAD MEN's Christina Hendricks has signed on to join the cast of action thriller DRIVE, reports VARIETY. The cast includes Ryan Gosling, Carey Mulligan, Albert Brooks, Bryan Cranston and Oscar Isaacs.
Hossein Amini adapted James Sallis' crime novel, which tells the story of a stunt driver (Gosling) who takes a night job as a getaway driver. When he gets mixed up with a pretty girl (Mulligan), the situation gets pretty ugly fast.
Nicolas Winding Refn (BRONSON) is set to helm. Bold Films, OddLot Ent. and Marc Platt Prods. are the production companies. Marc Platt, Gigi Pritzker, Michel Litvak and Adam Siegel are producing with David Lancaster, Gary Michael Walters, Bill Lischak and Linda McDonough exec producing.
Filming will start on Sept. 25 in Los Angeles.
