Lionsgate Reveals More Hunger Games Tributes
On THE HUNGER GAMES Facebook page, Lionsgate has revealed the actors who will play the tributes from District 5 and 6. Chris Mark and Jacqueline Emerson (Foxface) are from District 5 and Ashton Moio and Kara Petersen are from District 6.
Based on Suzanne Collins' novel, the story is set in a future where each district of a divided U.S. sends two young competitors into a death match, which is televised.
The cast also includes Jennifer Lawrence (Katniss), Josh Hutcherson (Peeta Mellark), Liam Hemsworth (Gale Hawthorne), Dayo Okeniyi (Thresh), Amandla Stenberg (Rue), Jack Quaid (Marvel), Leven Rambin (Glimmer), Willow Shields (Prim), Paula Malcomson (Mrs. Everdeen) and Elizabeth Banks (Effie Trinket).
Gary Ross will direct from a script by Billy Ray. Color Force's Nina Jacobson is producing.
