Jeremy Renner Lines up for Role in Battleship
Jeremy Renner (THE HURT LOCKER) is lining up to take the lead role in BATTLESHIP, according to THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER.
The project, which is being directed by Peter Berg, is expected to shoot in the summer and hit theaters on May 25, 2012.
"('Locker' has) allowed me to exhale and go, 'OK, now I can really start,'" Renner says. "Maybe it's a form of arrival, maybe it's a type of beginning."
