Hugh Jackman Eyed for Snow White and the Huntsman
Universal Pictures has asked Hugh Jackman to join SNOW WHITE AND THE HUNTSMAN, reports Deadline.com. He would join Kristen Stewart and Charlize Theron. Previously, Viggo Mortensen was Universal, but talks broke down.
Rupert Sanders will direct the film that sees the huntsman training Snow White to defend herself while in exile in the woods. Evan Daugherty wrote the script and the studio is in discussions with Hossein Amini to do a rewrite.
Universal is in a race with Relativity Media to get its Snow White film out first. Relativity's THE BROTHERS GRIMM: SNOW WHITE stars Julia Roberts, Armie Hammer and Lily Collins.

I think it should be a younger guy not an older man playing the Huntsman. Maybe someone like Shiloh Fernandez. He was great in Red Riding Hood. I can see him pairing up with Kristen.
