Cecile de France has signed up to star opposite Matt Damon in HEREAFTER, a supernatural drama helmed by Clint Eastwood, VARIETY reports.

The Warner Bros. project, written by Peter Morgan, weaves together the stories of three people who are affected by death in different ways.

Shooting, which began last month, will take place in Paris, London, Hawaii and San Francisco. The film is scheduled for a December 2010 release.
