Paul Giamatti will be the evil King John in the medieval action flick, IRONCLAD, reports VARIETY. The film follows seven Knights Templar, lead by actor James Purefoy's character, which protect Rochester Castle from King John's army. Jonathan English (MINOTAUR) is directing and co-wrote the script with Erick Kastel. Rick Benattar (SHOOT 'EM UP) and Andrew Curtis (LOST IN LA MANCHA) are the producers.
