Ghostbusters 3 is finally gearing up to begin production next summer with a release expected in 2011, according to SHOCKTILLYOUDROP.COM.

Dan Aykroyd wrote a screenplay a few years ago, but it hasn't really gotten off the ground until only recently. The third film, which is being written by Lee Eisenber and Gene Stupnitsky, is expected to include all of the original stars.
