French actress Elodie Yung (DISTRICT 13: ULTIMATUM) is in discussions to join G.I. JOE: COBRA STRIKES, reports Heat Vision. She would join Channing Tatum and Dwayne Johnson. Yung is up for the role of ninja Jinx.

Jon Chu (JUSTIN BIEBER: NEVER SAY NEVER) will direct. Lorenzo di Bonaventura is the producer. Paramount is the studio.
