Logan Marshall-Green (DEVIL) has boarded Ridley Scott's PROMETHEUS, reports Shock Till You Drop. He joins Michael Fassbender, Charlize Theron, Noomi Rapace, Idris Elba, Sean Harris and Kate Dickie. He will play the snarky love interest of Rapace's character.

Originally conceived as an ALIEN prequel, Scott worked with LOST's Damon Lindelof to craft it into an original film. Jon Spaihts penned the original draft.

Production has begun on the 20th Century Fox production, which is set to hit theaters on June 8, 2012.
