Details Emerge on Third Riddick
THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER is reporting the first story details on RIDDICK. The third installment in the series, which began with Vin Diesel, will star Pitch Black.
Billed as a back-to-basics approach to the main character, the script pegs the character as the most wanted man in the galaxy who's left for dead on a barren alien plant, according to THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER.
David Twohy is attached to direct and is writing the script.

Also, I'm guessing it's an alien planet, not an alien plant, though maybe it's a giant meat eating plant, you never know...
