HEAT VISION reports that FLIGHT OF THE CONCHORDS star Jemaine Clement is in final talks to join MEN IN BLACK III as one of the bad guys. He would join Will Smith, Tommy Lee Jones and Josh Brolin.

The threequel sends Smith's Agent Jay back to 1969 where he teams with a younger version of Jones' Agent Kay, played by Brolin. Clement would play a charming but creepy baddie named Boris.

Barry Sonnenfeld is back in the director's chair.
