Aadarsh Pvt. will debut the first episode of their new animated preschool show Purple Turtle at MIPTV 2014.
Indian-based IP development company, Aadarsh Pvt. Ltd heads to MIPTV 2014 to showcase the first episode of the company’s anchor IP property, Purple Turtle, a new preschool animated property based on the popular books of the same name.
International broadcasters and possible co-production partners will be introduced to recently completed pilot at this year’s market. Currently in development for delivery in 2015, the Purple Turtle (78 x 7 min, 3D HD) features the world’s cutest turtle, a little guy who stands out of the normal crowd because he tends to think differently than others, or better yet, a bit “out of his shell.”
Originally introduced at the Frankfurt Book Fair in 2012, the Purple Turtle books have been published in India, USA, UK (apps) , Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Latvia, Estonia, Romania with over 1 million copies published to date.
