4Kids Ent. Inc. has promoted Carlin West from svp of marketing and licensing to svp of new concept acquisition and development, responsible for the strategic identification and development of new product concepts and non-television properties.
Previously, West was responsible at 4Kids Ent. for the licensing, marketing, advertising and public relations of many of today's leading kids entertainment brands including Cabbage Patch Kids, Monster Jam, Winx Club, American Kennel Club, Cat Fanciers' Assoc. and Artlist Collection: The Dog and The Cat. West continues to report to Alfred R. Kahn, 4Kids Ent. chairman/ceo.

West joined 4Kids Ent. in 1993 as a consultant and independent television producer with her creation of WMAC (WORLD MARTIAL ARTS COUNCIL) MASTERS, a live-action martial arts-themed weekly TV series for kids.
