Amid Amidi is associate editor of Animation World Magazine.

Dave Berry is research officer for the Wales Film and Television Archive and for the Welsh media agency Sgrin. He was the film critic for the Cardiff evening paper, South Wales Echo, from 1978 to 1994. In addition, he wrote Wales and Cinema: The First 100 Years (1994), and co-edited the recently published David Lloyd George: The Movie Mystery, based on the Welsh Archive's re-discovery of a missing 80-year-old silent movie.

Terrence Briggs, all-purpose animation fan, is more than happy to receive comments from readers on his work.

John C. Donkin, a 15-year computer animation veteran, is currently a Senior Technical Director/Managing Technical Director at Blue Sky|VIFX. He has had many projects exhibited at the SIGGRAPH Electronic Theater including Dinosaur Stuff (1988) and a Monopoly commercial (1995). Throughout his career, he has developed systems for animation, facial animation and particle systems, as well as numerous production support programs.

Eric Huelsman is the head of the 3D computer graphics center at the Abram Friedman Occupational Center.

Heather Kenyon is editor-in-chief of Animation World Magazine.

Lee Lanier was born one fine spring day. In school, he enjoyed making dioramas. He left Ohio for Hollywood, becoming a Script Supervisor. He later chucked reality and joined Disney as a computer animator. Eventually, he went to PDI to toil on Antz where he made Millennium Bug on the sly.

William Moritz teaches film and animation history at the California Institute of the Arts.

Fred Patten has written on anime for fan and professional magazines since the late 1970s.

Bill Plympton is an award-winning independent animator based in New York. His new feature film, I Married A Strange Person, is currently touring the festival circuit. Bill Plympton's web site can be seen in AWN's Animation Village at http://www.awn.com/plympton.

Judith Rubin is a freelance writer and publicist specializing in large-format film and entertainment technology. She is based in Oakland, California.

Don Seidel is President of Seidel Architects, Inc. in San Antonio. He has over 20 years experience in the field of architecture, and has been using 3D software for the last 6 years. His firm offers graphics and web design, 3D imaging and animation, architectural design and Mac consulting. A husband and father of four, Don has been known on occasion to sneak into the backyard for a cigar.

Adam Snyder is President of Rembrandt Films, producer of Nudnik and Friends, which is distributed by Sunbow Entertainment. Rembrandt is also the exclusive distributor of many other cartoons, including the entire animation library of Zagreb Film.

Joseph Szadkowski writes on various aspects of popular culture and is a columnist for The Washington Times.

Emru Townsend is a freelance writer who won't stop talking about cinema, animation and computers. He is also the founder and former editor of FPS, a magazine about animation.

Milt Vallas is an independent producer and consultant, specializing in the production, development and financing of animated television and film projects. His company, Media Vision serves a wide range of industry clients. Currently he is producing the overseas animation for a feature film slated to be released late this summer by Columbia-TriStar.
