The International Journal of History, Theory & Criticism
Animation Review, a new peer-reviewed journal to be published on the Internet by the Animation World Network, is now soliciting papers in all areas of animation studies. Submissions, using the Chicago Style Manual, can be made as an email attachment or on computer disc (in any standard PC or Macintosh word processing format), along with three copies of the paper. Articles should be in English. In all instances, the author's name should not appear in the body of the paper, but should be on a cover page, as all articles will be blind refereed.

Animation World Network (AWN), is a unique Internet-based communications
network providing information on all facets of animation that has been online
since April 1996. AWN is designed to provide a single source for accessing
a wealth of information about both regional and international animation.
In addition to Animation Review, AWN includes Animation World
Magazine, a monthly online magazine, and areas such as the Animation
Village and The Vault where users can interact with a virtual animation
community of web sites, discussion forums, databases and informational archives.
