Could you take a look at this link and tell me what software was used / could be used to create the "elastic" green circles? I am sure I could build the effect manually in Flash, but I was hoping there is a Flash plug-in or another sofware where the effect is pre-built and needs only to be customized. Thank you! Val

I do not know Flash but to my eye it looks like something you should beable to do with your current software.
The camera is moving to get the effect.
