Where to find young talented freelance animators?

Hello,

Our company, www.cardalo.com , will be a website where freelance animators can createa animated greeting cards and sell them online through our global platform (and hopefully make a lot of money!).   

We are looking to hire animators to help create animations for our homepage and marketing materials but are struggling to find them.  We have put a job on elance, but it seems that there are so many animators on there, that the level of quality is not so great.  Does anyone know if there is an animation dedicated website where i can find high quality freelancers?
