Was this a hard process for you? Did you put the "Work Flow" together on your own is there a package you bought?
I'm using ToonBoom Studio for the animation. I'm cutting the show together using Final Cut Pro. Since ToonBoom exports the .mov files with an alpha channel it composites pretty clean in FCP.
Everything else I just "plan out".
