I'm currently editing a documentary film about voting. I've completed 90% of the shoot. The basic idea is...When you cast a ballot, what exactly happens to your vote? The answers are surprising & disturbing.
You can view the trailer at www.ivotedmovie.com. I am in the initial stages of fund raising and am making outreaches to animators who may be interested in this independent production. There will be pay but as I'm in the early segments of fund raising, it's difficult for me to specify the rates (I say that with all due respect to the animating community). The animation would serve as visuals to go over voiceover and supplement interviews. As you'll see in the trailer the tone is offbeat & irreverent rather than dry & boring.
