Graduate Programs

I've started graduate school research and I was hoping the community could recommend some strong MFA or similar programs for somebody without animation experience.

I'm hoping to find a program that requires students to create short films with strong stories and art direction. I'd like to learn both 3D and traditional hand drawn techniques...

I have a BFA, so I'm not new to the art. I'm pretty open to moving anywhere in the world for the right program, as long as it's taught in English. (I live in the United States and actually wouldn't mind an excuse to live abroad :) ).

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

If your undergraduate degree is in Art , but you have no animation experience then The Academy of Art University may have an MFA program which suits your needs.

You may take classes onsite in San Francisco or you may take classes Online. Some students begin by taking classes Online , then move to San Francisco to finish their degree on campus. However it is possible to complete a degree entirely online.

What is your goal in doing this degree? If you want to enter the industry, a grad degree with no backgorund in classical animation may be a mistake.
